How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. If you're an existing client with an urgent product issue, your usual support channel will be faster than this form.
I'm already using a product and something is broken. Where do I go?
Start with the knowledge base at knowledgebase.curiogroup.com, or log in to the product directly. This form is best for new enquiries and project conversations.
Can I ask for a demo of a specific product?
Yes. Name the product in your message and we'll put you with the person who knows it best. Opus, Compass 360, Course Hub, Scaffold and Learning Journal all have someone who can walk you through it properly.
Do you work outside Australia and the UK?
Yes. We work with clients across New Zealand, the United States and Canada as well. Tell us where you're based and we'll factor the time difference into how we run the work.
