Turn education ambition into learning that works

We'll be at AWS Imagine Education in Sydney on Wednesday 28 October. Come and talk with us about what you're working on and where you want to take it.

AI and digital technologies are changing what education institutions can do. Making that change useful takes more than choosing a tool. It takes a clear direction, people with the capability to act, learning designed around real needs, and technology that supports delivery.

Curio helps education institutions connect those pieces. We work across strategy, learning design, faculty capability and learning technology, helping organisations move from an idea or challenge to a practical response.

The whole picture

Change works when the parts connect

Institutions are moving from isolated AI experiments to broader questions about teaching, learning and institutional practice. Those questions are connected.

What should change? What will educators, students and professional staff need to do differently? How should learning experiences evolve? Do current platforms and processes support the change? And how will you know whether it is making a difference?

Curio brings these questions into the same conversation. We can help define the direction, develop the learning and capability, and work through the technology and delivery needed to put it into practice.

Where to start

What are you working on?

Select an area to explore how Curio could help. Many institutional challenges span more than one area, and we can help connect them.

  • Clarify the challenge, define priorities and turn institutional ambitions into a practical plan. Curio can support strategy, discovery, service design and roadmaps for learning and technology change.

What are you trying to change, and what is getting in the way?

  • Help educators, faculty and professional staff develop the knowledge, confidence and judgement to put new approaches into practice. Curio can support capability frameworks, professional learning and assessment.

What do your people need to be able to do differently?

  • Create learning that responds to new skills, curriculum and learner needs. Curio can help with curriculum, course and assessment design, digital learning experiences and learning resources.

Which courses, programs or learning experiences need to evolve?

  • Make learning platforms work better for learners, educators and the institution. Curio can advise on learning technology and support LMS implementation, configuration, integration, migration and ongoing improvement.

Where are your current platforms or processes creating friction?

  • Connect the people, services and technology needed to move beyond a promising pilot. Curio can help institutions plan delivery, support adoption and develop learning services that can operate at scale.

What would need to be in place for this to work across your institution?

On the day

Start with the challenge you're facing

A conversation with Curio could explore:

  • Where AI could improve learning, teaching or institutional practice.
  • What educators and staff need to know and be able to do.
  • How courses or curriculum could respond to new skills and expectations.
  • Whether existing learning platforms support the experience you want to create.
  • How to move from a promising pilot to an approach that works more broadly.

You don't need to arrive with a complete brief. We can help clarify the challenge, identify what needs to change and work out a sensible next step.

The programme

What's on at AWS Imagine Education

The day brings together education leaders and technology teams to explore how AI and cloud technologies are being applied across education. The programme includes a live Kiro for Students demonstration, UNE's LabNext70, Deakin's AI Factory, Monash's ATLAS simulation platform and an interactive Working Backwards session.

We're looking forward to hearing how institutions are approaching these opportunities, and to sharing how Curio can help connect the technology to learning and capability.
